The volume of investments in Park Huaming business center and the traditional Chinese park in Moscow will exceed $300 million, a representative of Park Huamin LLC told RIA Novosti on Tuesday.
“The investment volume is over $300 million in the construction of the park and business center,” he said.
According to him, among the tenants of the business center will be the largest Chinese corporations and banks, including Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd, as well as Russian banks.
In addition to the business center and park with an area of more than five hectares, the investor will build a hotel for 340 rooms. The completion of the park and business center is scheduled for the end of 2018.
