Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee has extended the term of a permit for construction of Chinese business center “Park Huamin” in the northeastern Moscow until March 2017.
As Construction.RU was told in the Committee’s press office, a multifunctional complex of Chinese business center “Park Huamin” is being erected on Wielhelm Pieck Str., 14, in Moscow. At present, in-situ reinforced concrete construction of the building’s underground part is underway at the site.
As a reference, a complex with a total area of 100,000 square meters includes a 22-storey building of a five-star hotel for 340 rooms, a 12-storey apart-hotel for 100 rooms, a 4-storey public facility and a 21-sorey office premise. A two-level underground parking for 642 cars is envisaged by the plan.
