Moscow authorities intend to set more than 400 trees in the Chinese park located in Ostankino district of the Russian capital city, RIA Novosti news agency reported on Friday.

The park is situated in northeastern Moscow, on Wilhelm Pieck Street. Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced the start of the landscaping of a traditional Chinese park located near Park Huaming business center. A pond and wooden footpaths are planned to be arranged there as well.

An area of the park amounts to 4.5 hectares, where more than 1,300 trees will be set, including birch, linden and ash. Three buildings in a traditional Chinese style will be erected there, with a total area being about 5,000 square meters. These buildings will house a Chinese restaurant, beauty salon, Chinese medicine center, exhibition halls and administrative premises.
