A private investor will build a new hotel complex in Tverskoy district of Moscow with a height of 9 storeys.
The relative permit for the construction of the facility has been issued by the State Building Control Committee of Moscow, according to a press release by the body. The building will be located in the Central Administrative District of Moscow, at the address: 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street, building 2.
“The hotel will be built at the expense of a private investor. The validity of the building permit is until July 2019”, the report says. The area of the hotel complex with 145 rooms and 37 apartments will exceed 25,000 square meters.
The building will also house a 3-storey underground parking lot for 89 cars. The territory adjacent to the complex will be landscaped. In particular, trees will be planted around the building, lawns will be set up and sidewalks laid.
