The most expensive mansion in the primary market in Moscow costs 2 billion rubles ($15 million), Kalinka Group reports on Tuesday.
“The most expensive offer to date is located in Khamovniki district. This is a mansion with an area of about 4,000 square meters, with an approximate cost of 2 billion rubles”, the report says.
According to the consulting company, at present, the minimum budget for purchasing private residences in the primary market of Moscow is 630 million rubles ($9,3 million) for a building with an area of about 600 square meters. The property item is located in Zamoskvorechye.
There is no organized market for such facilities in Moscow. As a rule, a residential mansion becomes part of the project in exceptional cases. For example, in case a historic building is to be reconstructed or when the developer deliberately creates an exclusive niche product.
The company experts say that currently, six complexes with private residences are under construction in Moscow. In general, this is about buildings of up to three floors and an area of more than five hundred square meters.
