“Already in September 2020, the school in the village of Chernaya in Istra will be able to accept 550 students. The developer transfers the institution to municipal ownership. The new 3-storey building houses educational premises for 22 classes of primary, secondary and senior levels. The school is provided with all the necessary premises and equipment, ”said Inna Fedotova, Minister of Housing Policy of the Moscow Region.
The minister added that the educational institution is located on the territory of the New Nakhabino residential complex, a kindergarten for 185 children has already been commissioned there.
The building also provides rooms for extended day groups, playroom bedrooms and bathrooms. The general school group includes a library, a canteen, a sports hall, an assembly hall, medical, administrative and technical premises. The total area of the building is over 9.6 thousand square meters.
The adjacent territory is equipped with a physical culture and sports zone, jogging tracks, a football field, sports equipment and playgrounds.
