This year the Crimean authorities, following the implementation of investment projects, will put up 19 large parcels of land for sale.
As reported today in Construction.ru, the regional Ministry of Property and Land Relations will hold auctions in the first half of this year for sites in Kerch, Armenia, Feodosia, Yalta, Alushta, Bakhchisaray and Chernomorsky. 4 plots are located in the republican area and 15 in the municipal.
First up for sale under the lease is a municipal area near the ferry-port in the Kerch area of 61 sq. mln. m for the construction of a parking lot. In August, bids will be taken on 11 blocks with a total area of 156.5 hectares in the Chernomorsky area for the construction of mooring for boats, an aqua-park, a kite surf station and a base for mini-aviation.
Another two plots of 1.2 hectares in the Bakhchisarai area are for the realization of commercial activity. The total area of the four sections, which are the property of the republic, is 37.6 hectares. Crimea is to sell 164 plots with a total area of 1,615 thousand hectares before 2020.
