The Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing, and Communal Services of the Russian Federation suggested excluding more than 20 administrative procedures for establishing connections to gas networks in housing construction.
Construction.ru reported the offer from the press service of a department developed by the ministry and the Russian government.
According to the head of the department, Mikhail Menn, they are planning to integrate all acts of readiness of networks for gas consumption and gas-using equipment, demarcations of property access of networks, and demarcations of operational responsibility of parties in one document. Additionally, unification of design specifications is provided, including in the case of connection to gas networks. It has also been suggested to oblige organizations to inspect the project documentation and check it for compliance with the given specifications. This will allow the exclusion of lengthy coordination with the network organizations, according to the expectations of the Ministry’s department head.
