Former Chair of JSC “PC “Astana EXPO-2017” Talgat Ermegiyaev illegitimately received 4.2 billion tenge as a prize
Head of Office of Kazakhstan Agency on the affairs of state service and corruption control Aigul Shaimova told journalists about it at the press-conference in Astana. According to her, Ermegiyaev together with heads of affiliated enterprises-contractors is suspected in fraud on a major scale, involving budget money allocated for the construction of EXPO-2017.
By court decision, Talgat Ermegiyaev and 10 his partners under house arrest. His assets have been frozen too.
