The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities suggested expanding the list of the program participants. Additional categories of housing buyers will be defined by regional authorities.
As the RG reports, more Russians will be able to buy flats for a preferential rate not more than 35,000 rubles per square meter. Particularly, these will be specialists necessary for a town or region.
At present people living in flats with less than 18 m2 per person and substandard houses may take part in the program. Also multi-child families, families-recipients of maternity capital, combat veterans and families with low incomes may take part in it.
