On Friday, during the first day of “Sochi 2016” International Investment Forum, Russian Minister of Construction, Housing and Development, Mikhail Menn, opened the Construction Ministry’s booth devoted to the implemented investment projects in the housing and utilities sector.
“For the first time, the most advanced technologies in the field of housing and utilities, have been presented at the same booth. There is a number of interesting innovations, which exist not in theory, but have already been applied on a practical level in our country. For example, a project of “smart” illumination implemented in the city of Oryol, has been demonstrated,” Mikhail Menn said.
Investment projects of utility enterprises’ upgrading have been presented at the Construction Ministry’s booth in a format of multimedia presentation. They were grouped according to the industries: a water supply and a sewerage system, a heat supply system, wastes treatment, as well as the facilities, regarding which concession tenders are been prepared.
The forum’s participants will also be able to study the results of implementation of energy efficient technologies and opportunities for extension of their scope.
