Gazprom Investgazifikaciya LLC, a subsidiary of Gazprom OJSC, has announced a tender for the construction of “Avangard” Hockey Academy located on Prospekt Mira Street in the Russian city of Omsk.
The sports facility will include a bulk of ice arena with the height of up to three storeys and an eight storeys hotel, connected by a passage, as well as open air car parks, sports and recreation platforms, the company’s press office told Construction.RU.
Total area of the buildings amounts to 27,000 sq.m. This project has been approved by the regional Urban Construction Council. All works at the construction site must be completed over the course of 3 years and 9 months from the date of signing of a certificate of the site transferring to developers for construction.
The roads to Academy will be built at the expense of the regional budget. The tender results will be announced on the 22nd of July.
