The Moscow authorities announced a tender for a contractor to complete the construction of a building of “House of Moscow” cultural and business center in Vilnius, the capital and the largest city of Lithuania.
As it was reported on the website of public procurement, the initial (maximal) price of the contract totals 944,6 m roubles. The commissioner is the Moscow Construction Department.
The tender winner will have to complete a range of works over the course of 7 months. This includes roofing, walls and floors building, installation of internal supply line, including heating and ventilation. It’s also necessary to develop a theatre, café, conference halls, as well as to improve the center’s territory.
The facility’s construction started in 2008.
