The Moscow authorities to hold auctions for a 20-year rent of three premises in the eastern, central and southwestern districts of the city for opening private clinics there.
This is what the head of the Moscow Department for Competitive Policy, Gennady Dyogtev, told Consruction.RU on Friday. According to him, the winners will be able to rent these premises within the framework of the Doctor Nearby program at the rate of 1 ruble per square meter. As a reference, one of the premises put on auction has an area of 293 square meters and a separate entrance on the first floor of the residential building situated at the address: Shchelkovsky Proezd, 4, in the east of Moscow.
The lessees will be obliged to carry out repair works and equip the premise by their own efforts. A preferential rental rate will be effective from the date of the start of receiving patients.
