The Moscow Competition Policy Department has put up for e-auction a building with a land plot located in the very center of the capital, within a 5-minute walk from Okhotny Ryad metro station.
This is what Construction.RU was told by a representative of the Department. The owner of the two-story building is the city of Moscow. As indicated in the documentation, the building itself occupies an area of 553 square meters, while the adjacent plot of land is located in the area of 324 square meters. The building has all the necessary utilities, including a central heating system, water supply, sewerage, and water supply.
The Department points out the uniqueness of the building’s location. There are both historical monuments of architecture and modern business centers in the vicinity of the building. It is empty and without encumbrances.
The lot’s initial price amounts to 42,5 million rubles, that is about $738 thousand. Electronic bidding is scheduled for the second half of May.
