The Moscow Competition Policy Department has put up for auction a building with a land plot at a price of more than 42 million rubles ($684,000).
The building is located in the center of Moscow, at the address of 9A-3 Tverskaya Street. The auction will be held in June, Interfax reports with reference to the press office of the department. This is a two-storey building with an area of more than 550 square meters. It is equipped with water supply and sewage, as well as central heating. The area of the land plot is over 320 square meters.
It is worth noting that the house is located within walking distance from the Okhotny Ryad metro station. As noted by the department, investors are already showing interest in this lot, currently owned by the city. In particular, the building can house a hotel or a headquarter of a large company.
