A circus building in the Russian city of Penza needs to be reconstructed. For this purpose, the Russian State Circus Company has announced a tender for a contractor to complete the construction.
The construction costs are estimated at 1,267 billion rubles ($19 million), RIA Novosti news agency reported on Thursday with reference to the documentation published on the website of state procurement.
The winner of the tender will be announced by the end of July. All works must be completed by December 20, 2020.
