Moscow authorities intend to restore historic Batashev estate built in 1798, according to a message published on the public procurement website.




A tender will be held for selecting a contractor that will carry out the restoration work with the starting price of a contract amounting to 29.3 million rubles ($467,000). The estate, which is located at the address: Yauzskaya Street, building 11/6, is an object of cultural heritage of federal significance.

Those wishing to take part in the tender should submit their bidding applications until July 31, 2018. The results will be announced on August 6.

According to a technical design specification, it is necessary to restore the plaster and brickwork of the facades and install an architectural illumination. In addition, the winner of the tender must restore the lost elements of metal sections of the fence.
