The Moscow authorities have put up for sale seven non-residential premises in the former Tsentropechat building on Tverskaya Street, the press service of the city department for competitive politics said.
As specified in the press release, seven non-residential premises with a total area of 162 square meters are located on the fifth floor of the building at the address: 12 Tverskaya Street, building 2.
The building is a federal cultural heritage site. Here in 1921, Vladimir Lenin delivered a number of his famous speeches for gramophone recording.
The initial price of the lot is 15,3 million rubles ($244,000). Applications for participation in the auction should be submitted until September 11.
