Since early 2018, about six hectares of land located on the territory of the new Moscow has been put up for auctions for the purpose of building there industrial facilities.




According to the Moscow department of city property, the plots of land are situated in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky Administrative Districts of Moscow. “Today the city offers investors 5,8 hectares for the construction of industrial complexes in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky Administrative Districts,” the department said on Friday

Before the end of this year, 3 more plots of land intended for industrial purposes will be put up for auction in these districts. Their total area amount to 4,6 hectares.

About 200 thousand square meters of industrial premises is planned to be built with the involvement of private investments, something that will create thousands of new jobs for residents of the capital city. So, in 2018 alone, three land plots located in the villages of Shchapovskoye and Rogovskoye with a total area of ​​5,8 hectares were put up for auctions for the purpose of building production facilities.
