Karl-Filip Coenegrachts, Chief Strategy Officer of the city of Ghent, Belgium, took part in the Smart Energy Summit organised in Moscow on the last day of March. The Summit was dedicated to the creation of a new model for energy management which is oriented towards the man, city and business’s requirements.
