The RF Government is discussing the possibility of subsidizing the first payment of a mortgage loan for housing purchases
According to the RF Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities, Mikhail Menn, these measures are intended to support mortgage loans in Russia. The minister remarked that banks have established the first payment at a level of 20-30%, which is why support is necessary. One of the measures being considered is support for regional developers in infrastructure creation.
The federal center may support them in the construction of roads, external engineering communications and social infrastructure.
