A Vice Premier of Russia, Dmitry Rogozin, has banned the start of construction work at the sites of the second phase of Vostochny Cosmodrome, situated in the Amur region, unless the approved engineering documentation is submitted.
Speaking to reporters on Tuesday, Dmitry Rogozin stressed that the notorious case of the first phase, when the builders began the construction work without such documents, should never occur again.
According to Vice Premier, the Russian Federal Space Agency pledged to prepare all necessary papers until the end of 2016. Hence, since 2017, the execution of a heavy workload will start at a swift rate.
The majority of specialists will work at the construction site on a permanent basis. Until the year end 14 houses and a nursery school are scheduled to be put into operation in the town of Tsiolkovsky for the Vostochny Cosmodrome’s employees.
