Italian company, Domina Vacanze Holding, considers the sites for the construction of malls in Novosibirsk, Tyumen and Yekaterinburg, said the holding’s founder and owner, Ernesto Preatoni, at a press conference on Thursday.
The event was devoted to opening of a hotel in Novosibirsk, which became the second hotel in company’s network in Russia.
In addition, Ernesto Preatoni stressed that the holding intends to invest in the construction of elite housing in Russia. First of all, the entrepreneur explores the market potential in the cities of Novosibirsk and Yekaterinburg. He added that a pool of investors will be involved in implementation of these projects.
Italian Domina Vacanze Holding was founded in 1988. The network includes more than 25 hotels in Europe and Egypt. Since late 2000, the holding has been operating on the territory of Russia.
