Zeckendorf Development, US-based company, considers a number of sites in the center of Moscow for the elite housing construction.
According to the Vedomosti newspaper, the investor intends to allocate $100 m to Moscow projects.
At present, the company explores the possibility to build up 7 sites, including the Presnensky, Tverskoy and Arbatsky regions of Moscow, as well as in Khamovniky. Most of the projects are residential compounds, however there is a hotel and a club.
A total area of the construction sites amount to 5 hectares, where about 236,000 sq.m of real estate can be built.
At the first stage, the investor might be engaged just in one out of seven projects. The US company is expected to invest up to $100 m.
