Investments in Neva Towers in the Moscow City will total over $1 billion, the head of the Board of Directors of Renaissance Development implementing this project, Avni Akvardar, told reporters on Thursday.
According to him, more than $360 million of internal funds have already been invested in the project. Its realization will be carried out in two stages: the first tower will be completed at the end of 2018 or at the beginning of 2019. Construction of the second one is scheduled to be finished early in 2020.
We should remind you that the project is being implemented in Moscow City international business center located in the capital of Russia. This complex is comprised of two buildings on a common stylobate. The height of the towers is 63 and 77 storeys each. A total area of the complex will amount to 350,000 square meters.
