Russian President Vladimir Putin believes it possible to establish a dialogue with the European Union similar to that carried on within the framework of formation of a large Eurasian partnership, said President in his annual address to the Federal Assembly of Russia on Thursday.
According to Vladimir Putin, further deepening of cooperation within the Eurasian Economic Union, interaction with other CIS states was and remains a priority of Russian foreign policy.
“Russian idea of formation of a multi-level integration model in Eurasia is of considerable interest. We have already started its discussion at different international and regional levels. I’m convinced that such dialogue is possible with the states of the European Union as well, where an independent subjective political and economic policy is in growing demand. We see it from the elections results,” stressed Vladimir Putin.
