A Russian citizen and an employee of the RF Consulate General died in Ust-Kamenogorsk, the administrative city in the East Kazakhstan region, RIA Novosti reports on Tuesday, with the reference to the Russian Embassy.




According to the news agency, the man, whose name was Roman Skrylnikov, died from a heart attack.

“On the 26th of December, 2016, Skrylnikov Roman Sergeevich died from a heart attack. He was an employee seconded to Ust-Kamenogorsk”, the representative of the Embassy said.

According to him, the body will be sent home. The interlocutor added that the deceased was not a diplomat.

As a reference, Ust-Kamenogorsk is a city located in the east of Kazakhstan and is the administrative center in the East Kazakhstan region.
