In March 2017, construction of a large housing complex with a total area of 95,470 square meters will be launched in Moscow, near “Maryina Roshcha” metro station.
As Construction.RU was told by the press office of the building company, Sminex, 10,3 billion rubles ($164 million) will be invested in work at a construction site of the complex with the residential area of almost 31,000 square meters.
Usual comfortable apartments will also be built in the bulks of the buildings, as well as apartments and office premises.
The object construction is scheduled for the third quarter of 2019, the housing complex will be put in operation in October 2019.
