On Monday, Arbitration Court of Moscow registered six complains lodged by Nordstar Tower JSC, a company owning a business center on Begovaya Street in Moscow, against Rosneft, a Russian oil company, which rents spaces in this building.
The claim amounts to over 1,3 billion rubles, that is approximately USD $21,8 million at the present-day exchange rate, RIA Novosti news agency reports on the 9th of January, 2017.
The court has not accepted the lawsuit for hearing so far, nor has it provided any additional information regarding the grounds of the stated claims.
At present, Arbitration Court of Moscow is considering another complaint of Nordstar Tower JSC against Russia’s largest oil company – with the demands to oblige the company to conclude a rental contract under the terms offered by the complainant.
