The most expensive housing in Moscow overlooking the famouse Kremlin can be rented for 1.5 million rubles (over $25,000) per month, the press release issued by World Apartments website says.
“These are 3-bedroom apartments rented in a building of “Moskva” hotel. Not only the Red Square spread before the eyes there, but also the Kremlin windows are seen from there. Having come out of the entrance hall, the tenant will find at his feet the mark of a "zero kilometer"”, the statement reads.
If to consider the other cities of Russia, such as Kazan, a 4-room apartment with an area of 150 square meters, with gilding and columns can be rented for 100,000 rubles ($1,700).
