Moscow authorities put a building in the historic centre of Moscow on sale at the initial price of 8.6m roubles ($143,333). The press office of the Moscow Department on competitive policy informed about it.
It is a two-storey non-residential building having a preservation order on it and needing capital repair. The area of the building located in Podkolokolny side-street totals a bit more than 200 sq.m.
It is stressed that despite the preservation order, an investor will be able to adapt the building for his needs: to arrange an office or an art gallery, for example
The tender is to take place on February 22.
