Gazprombank, the third largest bank in the Russian Federation, will become a creditor of the third section of the Central Ring Road, Vedomosti newspaper wrote on Thursday with reference to director general of Road Construction Corporation (ASK) Denis Anisimov.
As it was specified, Avtodor state company and ASK, which is a contractor of the third section of the Central Ring Road, signed the financial part of a concession agreement. According to Dmitry Anisimov, the cost of the section, which is the most expensive within the Central Ring Road, exceeds 83,6 billion rubles.
Measured in 2016-2018 value, investments in the construction of 105,3 km four-lane road were estimated at 75.6 billion rubles, however, the amount has increased because of the postponement.
