For the sixth consecutive year, London remains the most attractive European city for real estate investment, according to a study conducted by CBRE.
Experts found out that in 2017, 17% of investors are ready to invest in the British capital. Second place went to Berlin with a result of 15.8%, while in 2016 the city ranked the fourth. Madrid with 8.4% is ranked third. It should be noted that there is no Russian cities in the Europe’s Top-10.
As for the cities most attractive for investments, it is Germany that holds the first line: 22% of respondents gave it the top position as the most attractive country for investment into real estate among the states in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Britain once again ranked the second (20%). Scandinavian markets, which are preferred by 10% of investors, have become among the three leading ones, having risen from the seventh place in 2016.
