Tranio, an international broker of foreign real estate based in Russia, jointly with a Spanish developer partner, intends to build an apartment complex in the central district of Barcelona, Eixample, Kommersant newspaper reports on the 27th of March.
According to the newspaper, the project involves the construction of a house with a total area amounting to 1200 square meters.
The owner of Tranio company, Georgy Kachmazov, has not disclosed his partner, however, announced that 50% of investments would be made by a Spanish bank, Kommersant reports.
Currently, the company is setting up funds of collective investments in overseas development projects. The launch of the first fund worth 5 million euro, is expected until the end of this year.
