OJSC Lukoil, one of the largest global producers of oil based in Russia,considers selling all its gas stations in the Russian Federation as one of the options to optimize the its distributive business, the company’s source told Rambler News.




The source added that there are also other options for the sale of retail assets. In particular, the sale of the third of the filling stations over the course of the year.

However, the press office of Lukoil declined to comment the information.

We should remind you that, at present, OJSC Lukoil owns in Russia more than 2,500 filling stations.

Yesterday, a source in the industry also told Rambler News that Lukoil might sell part of its filling stations to EKA and Neftmagistral companies.
