The mayor reported this today at a meeting of the presidium of the government of Moscow. According to him, Andrey Tsybin moves from this post to the position of the prefect of one of the biggest districts of the city – the Southeast administrative district (SEMD). The former head of the district, Vladimir Zotov, having taken up this position nearly 25 years ago, leaves for "quieter work": the adviser to the mayor of the capital. In turn, the prefect of SZAO, Vladimir Goverdovsky, has been dismissed, but at the same time he has been appointed the director of the department of housing and communal services of Moscow. This man, despite his young age, has already managed to hold various positions both in the prefecture and in the area.
