A cement factory for the Chinese for 800 million rubles

Chinese investors want to construct a cement factory in the Drozhzhanovsky municipal region of Tatarstan capable of 300,000 tons of construction material in a year. The project of the plant has been submitted to the prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan.
As was reported to Construction.ru by the republican press service, the project was submitted to the prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ildar Halikov, by the chairman of the Association of Businessmen of the Chinese province of Hebei Wang I. According to representatives, the Chinese party has a number of investment projects which they would like to realize in the territory of the republic. The building site of the cement factory is only in the initial stages, but they are ready to invest 800 million rubles. Halikov has promised support in order to realize this project
