In Chelyabinsk, one of the largest production lines in the Urals for stone wool, worth 1.7 billion rubles, has been launched.




As reported in Construction.ru via the press service of the TechnoNICOL Company, the opening ceremony took place on June 9th with the assistance of the deputy governor of the Chelyabinsk region, Ruslan Gattarov.
The new line, at a plant in Chelyabinsk, will make more than 1.3 million cubic meters of basalt thermal insulation a year and will supply product to regions in the Ural federal district, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.
The organization of the new production line took two years and the larger part of the investment was used for purchase and installation of equipment. The construction employed 92 workers.
Besides this, the builders of the new line at the Chelyabinsk plant spent almost 140 million rubles on reducing the harm done to the environment.
