Moscow City Duma deputies have adopted, in its third reading, a draft bill on the budget for the capital for 2016 and the period 2017 – 2018.




As the press office of the Duma told Construction.ru, annual expenditure during the three year period will reach 1.5. trn rubles. About 90% of this will be directed towards the fulfilment of state programs. Priority expenditures will be on social needs. The income for 2016 is planned at 1.598 trn rubles, including taxes of 1.433 trn rubles (4.1% more than in 2015), in 2017 it will be up to 1.647 trn rubles, and in 2018, up to 1.692 trn rubles.
Expenses for 2016 are planned at as much as 1.646 trn rubles, for 2017, 1.681 trn, and for 2018, 1.746 trn rubles. 880 bln rubles will be spent in 2016 on social needs, with about 1 trn rubles to be spent on CHI (Compulsory Health Insurance). The budget deficit will be 48 bln rubles.
The Moscow budget is planned over a three year period as it does not depend on international conjuncture. The city is oriented on its own income in rubles.
