Glavgosexpertiza’s Krasnoyarsk office has completed expert appraisal of the project and its engineering and the estimated cost of the sports facilities of Krasnoyarsk Biathlon Academy.
As Construction.ru was told by the establishment’s press office, the experts came to the conclusion that the civil engineering survey results correspond with specified requirements, the design documentation corresponds to the civil engineering survey, the technical regulations requirements and other specifications. Even the estimated cost has been determined adequately. The re results were positive.
The reconstruction of the sports facilities at the Academy will be carried out before the 29th Worldwide Winter Universiade, which is to take place in Krasnoyarsk in March, 2019. The project includes the reconstruction of the stadium, the ski-runs, the judges’ houses, the tribunes for spectators, the pedestrians’ overflies, etc.
A system for artificial snow will be provided on the main ski-run. A water reservoir, a pump unit and units for snow distribution will be built there.
The reconstruction also includes audio-visual technology application. TV broadcasting and sportscasting will also be provided for.
Besides this, the 29th Worldwide Winter Universiade will be accessible to low-mobility people.
