The first large Achan hypermarket is scheduled to be built in Pokrovsky micro-district in the Russian city of Krasnoyarsk until the end of the year.
The hypermarket, owned by the internationally known French retailer, with an area of approximately 7,200 m2 will be situated in “Zelyeny” trade center, the company’s press office told Construction.RU today.
According to the plan, the store is to be opened in December 2016. “Zelyeny” trade center, which will host Achan hypermarket, is scheduled to be built by autumn 2016.
Five levels trade center will have a parking lot for 500 cars. A total area of a multi-functional trade and recreation center will amount to 54,500 m2, and 23,600 m2 of them are offered for rent.
