On Friday, Head of the Russian Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, kicked start of construction of one of the region’s largest residential compound of a comfort class, under the name of “Sports Station”.
Investments into works execution at the construction site of this residential compound will exceed $1 bln in roubles equivalent, the Republican press office told Construction.RU. Simultaneously 60 residential houses will be built there, as well as a large number of social and sports infrastructure facilities.
The housing is promised to be available and comfortable with a built-up area of 63 hectares. The housing will occupy 630,000 square meters.
In the second half of the year 2018, three 19-storey houses are scheduled to be put into operation.
Apart from that, there will be 3 schools, 9 nursery schools, skiing runs, roofed sports platforms and an extreme park.
A total number of 17,000 people are expected to live in the micro-district.
