Construction of a large residential micro-district with an area of 350,000 square meters and diverse infrastructure has started in the Moscow regional city of Mytishchi, the contractor’s press office told Construction.RU.
Within the framework of the 31st and 34th micro-districts development in Mytishchi, 53 dilapidated houses have been resettled and a new “Bolshiye Mytishchi” micro-district have been built.
At least 350,000 sq.m of housing, 200,000 of commercial real estate, as well as diverse social objects are planned to be constructed. Apart from that, the road reconstruction inside the district will be carried out.
Construction of housing of a comfort category is planned on the territory of the micro-district, as well as a number of high-rise buildings for resettled inhabitants of dilapidated houses.
