Scientists of Tomsk Polytechnic University jointly with Kaviton research and production enterprise will build a large water-treatment station in the Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous district located in the Urals, the University’s press office reports on Monday.




The project is estimated at 970 million roubles. According to the published statement, the project involves construction of a number water-treatment stations in populated areas near Nefteyugansk, as well as a big station accounted for 12,000 cubic meters of water per day worth 970 million roubles station, which is to be located in the Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous district.

Peculiarity of Tomsk Polytechnic University’s design is that the facility operates over one cycle, hence, sewerage systems are not required there.
