NagaCorp Ltd, a Malaysian company, will start construction of its first facility near the Russian city of Vladivostok in November this year. The company is one of the main investors of “Primorye” game zone, the regional press office told Construction.RU.
It will be a 11-storey hotel complex for 279 rooms with a casino, a concert hall for 2,000 seats and “Mayak” aqua park. The casino’s hall will house three hundred game-playing machines and thirty gambling tables.
Works at the construction site will have been fully completed by the year 2021. A total amount of investments of the project is $350 million. Naga Corp Ltd is one of Asia's largest companies engaged in hotels and casinos construction.
“Primorye” recreational resort zone is situated in Muravyinaya bay near the city of Vladivostok. On the 11th of November 2015, Russia’s major casino, Tigre de Cristal, started its operation there.
