Moscow Urban Construction and Land Commission agreed to extend the period of construction of Holiday Inn hotel in the Central Administrative District of Moscow until the 30th of June 2019, the press office of Moscow Committee for Construction Investment Projects Implementation and Co-Funding Construction Control announced on Thursday.
This decision was made at a session of Moscow Urban Construction and Land Commission held on the 3rd of November.
The object under construction is located at the address of Perevedenovskyi Bystreet, building number two. The hotel construction was envisaged by a decree of Moscow government as of the year 2002.
In accordance with urban land development plan, the area of the future hotel will be about 5,700 square meters, including 717 square-meter underground space. Height of the facility doesn’t exceed 35 meters.
