Works at construction sites of certain objects at Belarusian nuclear power plant are carried out from one to three months behind the schedule.
This information contains in a report, which was made following a joint inspection conducted by Russian Auditing Chamber and Belarusian Committee for State Control, in accordance with an intergovernmental agreement on construction of the nuclear power station in Belarus.
In particular, there is a delay between one and three months in completion of works at the first power unit. Erection of the reactor’s tube and vessel are “at a critical path” of the schedule, that is there is no time reserve. Construction of a tube and a vessel of the reactor determines the building period for the entire power station.
