Bosco invests $16m in building clothing factory in heart of European part of Russia

Bosco di Ciliegi Group, a Russia-based company, which shops are located in the historic shopping centers of Moscow, invests more than 1 billion rubles ($16 million) in the construction of factories producing clothes of Manufactory Bosco in the Russian region in Kaluga, Interfax news agency reports on Wednesday with the reference to the company’s message.




Owner of Bosco, Michael Kusnirovich, and the Governor of the Kaluga region Anatoly Artamonov signed on Wednesday an agreement on cooperation in the sphere of implementation of investment project on construction of a factory.

It is assumed that the production complex will reach its design capacity in 2019, said Kusnirovich. Currently, Bosco announced a tender for the development of the industrial complex and began the selection of equipment suppliers. The construction will be carried out on a plot of land of 9.7 hectares in “Kaluga South” industrial park.

Bosco strategy provides for the development of industrial base in Russia, including the production of luxury-class clothes at in-house facilities. The group also plans to enter the markets of CIS and EU with its luxury products under the Bosco brand as well as other brands.
