A modern high-capacity soya beans processing mill is planned to be built in the Stavropol region located in the North Caucasian Federal District of the Russian Federation.
As Construction.RU was told on Wednesday by the press office of the regional administration, “Soya Protein Products” LLC, based in the Moscow region, is the project’s investor. The company intends to spend over 30 billion rubles ($493 million) on the construction activities and the enterprise equipping.
After the mill is put in operation and reaches the project capacity, 170 tons of soya products will be produced there annually.
As a reference, the Stavropol region is an area with the highly developed irrigated agriculture.
